Breast Augmentation (Augmentation Mammoplasty)

Breast augmentation or breast enhancement is a surgical technique to enhance breast size and shape with either a saline breast implant or a silicone gel breast implant. Mastopexy, or a breast lift, is a surgical procedure to lift and reshape a sagging, droopy, ptotic breast. These symptoms can be a result of breast feeding, pregnancy, age or even genetics. Through a breast lift surgery, the underlying breast tissue is lifted and reshaped to improve breast contour, fullness and firmness.

Breast Reduction (Reduction Mammoplasty)

Breast reduction is a surgical technique that will reduce the size and weight of one's breasts as well as reshape and lift one's breasts. Breast reduction creates a smaller, lighter and firmer breast by removing skin, fat and glandular tissue. This creates a breast that is better shaped and proportionate to a woman's body. Breast reduction surgery is either preformed unilaterally (one breast) or bilaterally (on both breasts).

Breast Revision (Implant Exchange)

Breast revision or breast implant exchange is the surgical removal of an old implant and removing the surrounding scar tissue. A breast implant exchange would also be necessary for women who have developed a capsular contracture.
Women who have had breast augmentation and are unhappy with the results or would like their implants to be larger or smaller may elect to have an implant exchange.
